Refunds & Returns Policy

At Mod Plus Furniture, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every piece we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple, hassle-free return process.


1. Return Window & Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify, your furniture item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition as when you received it — free of any scratches, dents, stains, or damage.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all hardware, instructions, and accessories included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or digital receipt must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for a return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Assembled or Modified Products — Any item that has been assembled, installed, or altered after delivery.
  • Clearance & "Final Sale" Items — Furniture marked as "Clearance," "Final Sale," or "As-Is."
  • Hygiene Items — Mattresses, pillows, and chair cushions (once opened or used) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
  • Items Without Original Packaging — Returns without the original manufacturer's packaging will not be accepted.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email info@modplusfurniture.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Documentation: If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos of the product and the outer shipping packaging.
  3. Authorization: Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number with instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

We cover all return shipping costs. Once your return is authorized, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no charge to you.

  • No Restocking Fees — We do not charge any restocking, handling, or administrative fees.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@modplusfurniture.com. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund and coordinate pickup at no cost to you.
