1. Currency & Pricing

All transactions on our website are conducted in United States Dollars (USD). The total amount displayed at checkout will include:

  • Product price of your selected item(s).
  • Applicable sales tax, calculated based on your shipping address and displayed before order confirmation.
  • Free standard shipping on all orders.

There are no hidden fees. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Mod Plus Furniture to charge your selected payment method. To avoid confusion, your credit card statement or PayPal record will display the charge as:

"MOD PLUS FURNITURE" or "MODPLUSFURNITURE"


5. Payment Issues & Troubleshooting

If your payment is declined or you experience any issues during checkout, please try the following:

  • Double-check that your billing address, card number, expiration date, and CVV are entered correctly.
  • Ensure your card has sufficient funds or available credit.
  • Contact your bank or card issuer to confirm whether the transaction was blocked for security reasons.

  • Disable any VPNs and try a different browser or device.

Pending / Temporary Authorization Holds: In some cases, your bank or payment provider may place a temporary authorization hold (shown as “pending”) even if the payment does not complete successfully. These holds are controlled by your bank and typically disappear automatically within 3–10 business days (depending on the issuer). If you believe a hold is taking too long to release, please contact your bank for assistance.

Duplicate Charges: If you believe you were charged more than once, please contact us immediately with your order number (if available) and a screenshot of the transaction(s). We will review the payment records and assist you as quickly as possible.


6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Modifications: You may request to modify your order (including payment method or shipping address) within 2 hours of placing your order. To request a modification, please contact us immediately at info@modplusfurniture.com and include your order number. After 2 hours, your order may enter our fulfillment process, and modifications may not be possible.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately with your order number. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our Return Policy to return the items for a refund.

Order Cancellation by Mod Plus Furniture: We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:

  • Payment cannot be verified or authorization fails.
  • Billing or shipping information appears invalid or fraudulent.
  • Items are out of stock or discontinued.
  • Pricing errors are identified.
  • Unusual order patterns or suspected fraud.

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.


7. Refund Processing

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
